Technically, your petition will expire February 14th (if your NOA2 date was Sept. 13, 2007), but if the petition is still at the consulate and a second interview is granted, or Admin Processing is happening the consulate can and will extend the validity of the petition so that it will be current for when the visa is issued.

Otherwise, your petition will expire in a few days. I'm not sure what exactly are you asking?

File an I-824 with the associated fee. That's an entirely different question. Are you expecting us to anticipate your every need and wait on you hand and foot?

Hello,

Please do a search for "kiyah" and get the information she gave. She has battled with this and has been victorious!
