deviled eggs?

i ate 12 deviled eggs last night...anyone have a good recipe for them

ii was just thinking of making them the other day. weird.

anyway i don't have a recipe per-se..but i would hard boil them, take out the yolk, mash it up with mayo, a dash of dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and then put it back in the egg white, and sprinkle it with paprika. i think some people put sweet relish in there too depending on what you like. maybe tiny cut celery. and minced chives.

you could make them NA style and also sprinkle some good cumin on top and a sliver of an olive. and a little parsley.

I made them with smoked salmon one time for Thanksgiving and they turned out pretty good. Good God though wahrania 12 deviled eggs...girl you ARE PREGNANT!!!

Around 1868, the William Underwood Company began experimenting with a new product created from ground ham blended with hot seasonings. They introduced a line of seasoned meat products including chicken, turkey, tongue, lobster and ham. They dubbed the seasoning process “deviling,” and the Underwood red devil was born.
