Since I am sending out the I-129F from aboard to the Vermont Service location, which mail carrier should I use? Many of you send it US postal service with return reciept? Can someone explain what that means and why you do that please? Should I use DHL since the NVC uses them anyway to send the packets to the embassies?

Thanks for your advice... I am getting ready to send it out hopefully this week

USPS is by far the most inexpensive... return receipt means you will get a postcard confirming delivery and signed by the person who picked up the package

If you choose other that USPS then you do not send to the PO box but the physical address.

USPS for international or even national was great. I paid extra for them to do the same day shipping and I got my NOA 1 within 6 days. Give it a try, they really work! Plus you can track it down like a hawk to make sure it arrives on time.

In your case, however, use UPS.
