Sure, first when they brought it out of the box and opened it up for review... the second time to record the RFE request.... :)

YMMV

LOL yeah probably eh? It's driving me crazy. But it's no big deal I guess. I can always renew the EAD and AP if it don't come by December.

Ok.....

First I assumed that someone had "gotten some" twice today.

Then I read your post and thought you wrote "My A$$ was touched TWICE today."

I need to lay off the cabbage soup when I'm reading VJ.....

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Yes that is great news, more touches mean more work on your case and usually they touch once they touch twice in same day. Good luck.

He has a valid point, Joe. Check what the emails say, specifically, as touches do not generate emails.

He may have a valid point but I don't understand it. I thought touches generated emails. If they don't, what is the purpose of the email? It's just those "update" emails from USCIS and whenever I went to check the online status, it hadn't changed since Dec. 18. I don't get it. :help:

Touches mean the date changed on your file, nothing more. If you received an email - the verbiage also changed. It is not uncommonn to get multiple emails same day saying the same thing. What would be odd is if both your emails state different verbiage.
