DS3032 doesnt have to do with k1 visa.

DS-3032 may be completed by a non-U.S. resident applying for an immigrant visa. The purpose of Form DS-3032 is to appoint a person either as attorney or agent to receive mail regarding his/her application.

I tried to summarize all the things you need for NVC when filing I-130 on this VisaJourney wiki.

It has all the information I knew for all the forms, and includes information for the email ds-3032.

Check it out, and send me a pm if I missed anything.

I hope to help others make it through nvc as fast as possible.

I made 1 mistake in my nvc process, but still made it in less than 3 months, so being prepared is the key.

Honestly, you can do it legally, and probably faster.

Print off the ds-3032 from the web, and fill it out, and mail it to her with a note indicating where she should sign.

Then she mails it back to you immediately.

When NVC mails out the DS-3032 (even before you receive it) you mail her signed ds-3032 into them.

(Don't forget to write clearly the case number in the area that says to paste barcode here)

The mail will actually get processed faster then the email in most cases, and is 100% following the rules.

Best of luck my friend

I already have it signed by her,

but i was not sure do I have to print the barcode label and put it in the space

or just write the case number?
