After 71 days we've been touched!!!! Woohoo!!!!! :dance: So don't worry, they HAVE been working!

Haha but now I'm freaking out that I've probably done something wrong and will get an RFE :unsure:

I did another type of visa so I cannot give you an answer on that NOA2. But I did want to say congrats and best of luck on a speedy processing to your NOA2.

I filed back in November of 2005 and it only took 45 days. I think it depends on the time of year you file. They were going quite a bit faster back then. I think they get more applications in the spring and summer so it takes a bit longer for them to process. My case was only touched once in the beginning and then nothing until it was approved.

March 15, 2007- AOS interview; APPROVED!!

Sept 5, 2007 - my first anniversary in the U.S

Jan 30, 2009 - Mailed I-751 removal of conditional residence status

i only got touched once the day after NSC received my petition. i then got my approval 64 days later without any touches! because of your NoA1 date my guess is the petition has been moved onto someones desk to be looked at. it shouldnt be too much longer!!! the good news is is that after your NOA2 frankfurt has been pretty fast so this process will speed up for you!

I seen so many people getting NOA2 on the same day of Touch. You should be getting NOA2 since they are processing FEB 06 1st and 2nd week.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they work on weekends. I've even seen people get their NOA2's on a Sunday. Pretty crazy... I know! Haha it just means I can't even give up checking the USCIS website on the weekends.

I got touched on Easter Sunday, which I thought for sure was a mistake, but then got approved two days later. Seemed strange timing, but I'm certainly not complaining!
