i am planning on starting the K-1 visa process. i right now live in Colombia but i am planning on moving back the US because i need to save money....in regards with the K-1 visa, does it only qualify my fiance? or does it also qualify her daughter too? i want to get the visa for my fiance and her daughter, whats the best, easiest and fastest way to do it?

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

using the k2 visa for my fiances daughter means that she (her daughter) will have to wait about a year to travel to the US after her mother gets there right? is there any way to get both of them to the states together? the K3 visa is better then? using the k3 they can travel and immigrate together right?

No, they (K-1 & K-2) can enter the USA concurrently or the dependant child can enter up to 1 year later... A K-2 cannot enter the USA BEFORE the K-1

A K-3 requires marriage. A K-3 is for spouse, A K-4 is for te spouses's dependant children

hey i tought that when it comes to taking my doughter with me (im beneficiary) all i do is that i just put her to the part B on I-129 numer 13.. so my fiance have to file diferent petition for her too? is it two fees then? she is just 3mths old...
