Stormy Day

Good Afternoon Everyone. It's storming outside and my husband found out last night he has to work 14 hours the next three days. He was going to refuse but he applied for a supervisor position last week, and he's pretty much got it, but he wants to make sure he don't piss anyone off. So it's just me and my pup basically spending the weekend together. He has this huge facination with his kong which is ten times the size of his head but it's cute to see him carrying it. (He's a little yorky). So I was wondering what people do when their bored and can't get out because they are stuck at home a) because of weather and B) can't drive, etc in US yet. I've done all the laundry, and vaccumed and cleaned everything so now I have not much to do. I could watch soaps but blah, I feel like thats what my life has become. So if anyone has any grand ideas, bring them my way.

Have you ever played bubbels? http://www.funnygames.nl/spelletjes/803.html

That's good for a few hours! You have to shoot the little bubbles into clusters and if you get good enough at it you get down to two colours and then you can clear the whole screen and win the game! Takes practice though... I 'win' about one game out of twenty.

Why can't you drive in the US? I've been driving here using my Ontario license. My insurance from Ontario covers me.

I applied for my MASS driver's license yesterday and have my temp one now.

And to answer your question, I usually pop in my favourite movie, make some microwave popcorn and grab a diet coke and watch away. :) Or, I might read a good book. :D

Tee Hee.

i'm such a wino it's ridiculous. There's nothing I love better (almost) than a nice big, cold glass of Reisling.

Ever seen Orange County? The mom in that movie is priceless. SHE is a wino

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!
