I want to know if the packet of the I129f if I have to provide my fiance with a copy of everything or if he gets a copy in the packet 3 of 4 and also I sent original boarding passes in the I-129F another little problem I have is that I didn't make a copy of the whole packet. Is this going to be a problem. Should I just make a duplicate because I remember all the info

Don't worry, just try and remember as much info as you can. I sent mine in also without making a copy. I wish I would have, but what's done is done. I have not heard anybody say they were not approved because they did not have a copy at the interview. Good luck.

A duplicate of your petition is not necessary, only nice to have.

You should send a copy of the entire package to your fiance for his interview. They do not send him a copy of your initial petition with package 3. You sent the actual boarding passes and not copies of them? Could be a problem but you did get approved, so I'm sure it will be okay.

Check out the guides here at VJ and scroll to the bottom:

"What to send to your Spouse once the I-129F is approved (NOA2)"

Best of luck to you!!! :)

yes! The I-129f is very complicated. The copy provided ur husband should only have COPIES. Not original documents. For papers like boarding passes it would be difficult to obtain others that u may later need. For the I-129F that I sent in for my wife, did only all times send copies. Nothing original. Even then it take two years, another trip to malaysia and fighting with Mr. Rob the US embassadore in KL, before she could make her ways here with me. U must always make copies of anything that u will do for the INS. Info may be lost after time, and it gonna be some time before they ask u to provide them more information before they may proceed with work on ur case, (always they are like this). Make a duplicate please so that if anything is forgetted, u'll have back up for ur memory.
