can anybody tell me how long should we wait for the NOA1? we sent our papers last January 29 but havent heard from them til now. I noticed some got it just in days. In the uscis.gov site it says they're processing the applications dated dec 10, does that mean we have to wait til they finish with those applications? Anyway, we filed ours in VSC, heard its fast there so we're kinda hopeful it wont be a long wait. thank you guys!

another question, my aunt is filing her 129f also and asked if she wont have any ttrouble..she was separated from her ex-husband for more than 10 years and was granted by a the court that he is presumable dead since she never heard from him again not even his relatives know his whereabouts.anyone who knows about cases such as this? i personally think she is eligible to get married, what do you think guys?

In general VSC is between one and two weeks for NOA1.

If your aunt's spouse was declared 'presumed dead' and has court verification of such to submit with the petition, she is free to marry and that is what they require.

hi guys! im sorry i wasnt able to tell you the updates..we got our NOA1 already!!!!!! we got it last feb. 6, dated fe. 1,2006... it feels so good to finally got one step closer :D we're hoping for the best :D

I used the the date online, as the receipt date is the day the petiton was received.... its not the NOA1 date. Our receipt day was a week from memory before the date on the NOA1. When we did get the NOA1 the date coincided to the date I used in my timeline.
