Just a question that has probably been answered here before, but I have not had any luck finding it. After the AOS and initial green card; how long do you have to wait to apply to lift conditions? I mean, can you do it a couple of months later or do you have to wait close to the time the green card is going to expire?

Thanks everyone,

You can apply to lift conditions 3 months before the conditional green card expires, no earlier. If you apply earlier, your application will be sent back as rejected.

Yep, you gotta wait almost two years. It would be nice if you could just do it right away to get it over with!
