very sorry to hear that. I experience rude customers quite often and I kindly tell them they're the idiot but in the nicest way lol. They always come back. I'm very nice about it and then it makes them feel like ####### They're just miserable people anyways.

Next time this happens, tell her to stand up for herself, and put the customer or whoever on his/her place. Jinky is an educated woman who speaks several languages, she shouldn't let anyone make her feel bad like that.

Ahhh... Darn Steven I am so sorry Jinky had to put up with yet another ignorant hick on the phone.

This reminds me when I worked back in the day as a loss prevention lead at a well known electronics retailer (the one with the red ball in its logo). I just loved putting jerks like these that insulted my associates based on prejudice in their rightful place... with everything short of a strip search at the door for suspicious retail theft. Nothing illegal at all! Other times I remember hurrying them out of the store into the loving arms of the police dept waiting outside (disorderly conduct and verbal assault).

Next time talk to her about how turning the other cheek at times infuriates the *bleep*-head even more... escalate their stupidity for all to hear.
