Here! It's my friday! I worked an unintentional double yesterday and now I'm working my last shift for the week-- and I get a 3-day weekend! I wish they'd just let me work 2 doubles and a single shift.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

Back at work full time <_<

I feel a little weird leaving my husband at home with nothing to do but interent and tv, but he's just going to have to get used to it.... I showed him how to work the laundry this morning and went of to work, kinda hoping he folds the clothes before I get home :o He can't even apply for his SSN until next week bc NY is taking so long to inter it in the system and will maby be able to start looking for a job in 3 weeks? Maby by that time he can get a driver's liscense and get out more

Other than that, I'm pretty damned happy :D

Happy Thursday everyone!!!

PB, I can totally relate...I'm still not used to leaving him in the mornings. In fact I've worked from home at least a couple days a week since returning to work--I mean, I get the work done and still get paid so that's what matters, but I really hate commuting even more now.

Divorced. To hell with him.

You know, for months after my husband got here, I would find myself calling him on my way to work, just like I was doing when he was still in Egypt. One morning I said "Hey! Are you in the coffiee shop?" There was a long pause and he said honey....what's your problem?

Morning everyone. Nothin' much going on today. My sister will visit for a few hours before heading back to ft. lauderdale. We're starting to get cabin fever. lol. Went shopping yesterday though and it made me sick how a lot of things I bought for Christmas presents were now 1/2 off. I told them next year they're getting gift cards so they can go on the 26th and get double the presents. :P

We always have a Thanksgiving in May or June because it's just so good. You're brave to do it during the holiday season! I don't know anyone who wants to eat that much for another 3 months.
