Yep, when the guy didn't answer the knocks, they entered. When Terry entered, the guy was waiting with gun drawn and shot him in the face. The second officer to enter was shot twice, and a third officer was shot once. The suspect was shot and bled to death in his front yard.

The problem with this case is them going to the wrong house, not the no-knock.

Yes wrong house is part of it. A no-knock warrant at 1 am is another part. At 1 am you better make sure the house is the correct one. The cops and homeowner are lucky no one got hurt. It could have been much worse. Someone breaks through you window at 1 am and you live in a neighborhood known for this kind of activity what would you do?
