Hello VJ's

Recently my wife and I got back together after a tempory separation :dance: When we separated we moved out of our old residence and we went our separate ways... She started renting a new place which I have recently moved back in too. My wife was hit with a large deposit when she moved in to her new place and we can not afford to pay out any more money so we don't want to get my name on the tenenancy as we feel they are going to want more money due to my credit. My question is! Will it affect or harm our case when I come up to lifting conditions next year? We still have allot of other things that show we are living together and remained committed to our marriage, such as, Joint Bank Acc, Joint Car Insurance, Joint Medical plans, I am going to be added to the Utilities. Will this be enough evidence? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats on the reunion :thumbs: Just strengthen your documents in other areas, credit cards, utilities, etc. I didn't do some things like put Claudeth on the trust deed but did modify my living trust and will and also had five friends write affidavit letters for us. Good luck :thumbs:

IMO ONLY, that should be plenty of evidence...but the more the merrier! and HUGE CONGRATS on getting back together...that's wonderful! :)

Nanusia, as a sidenote...that pic in your siggy? Those were our Christmas cards a couple of years ago! LOL. ;) M.

We also used the car ownership papers and life insurance documents showing me as beneficiary. You can also use joint income tax returns (transcripts from the IRS are fine), and joint credit cards.

Thanks for your responses so far... So the general concscencis is that it should not affect our case when lifting conditions if I am not listed on the Tenancy agreement? But as long as I am able to submit some of the other evidence suggested that should be sufficient?

Well, since you're not ON it, I would even SEND the tenency agreement.....that would just highlight the fact that you were NOT on it. Maybe I misunderstood you.....there's no reason to include it if it doesn't HELP your case. M.
