(BTW, I can give you another good reason NOT to buy CFL's; I haven't heard of any being made by disabled vets***--a worthy charity--as yet)

***War Amps of Canada is known for making long-lasting (5000+ hours/5+ years) light bulbs; we actually bought lots of these when I lived in Calgary.
