What to do, what to do......

I have been going back and fourth from England and the States from the day I fist fell in love.

The thing is I have always travelled on the VWP ( visa waver program ) and I have always stayed in the Us for just under the 90 day threshold I have now done this 4 times in a row so I have really stretched the system. My problem is I am awaiting packet 4 with my interview date so I can get my interview over and done with and get my self over to the US. I can tell its very unlikely that this will happen before Christmas and I couldn't bare to spend Christmas without my fiancé so I would like to travel back to the states just for Christmas then come back for the interview.

Could I do this on the visa waver program?

If i didn't get in to the US and they turned me away at point of entry would that effect my K1 Visa application?

I don't have any proof of ties to England my current home! so I'm really stuck I don't know what I should do.

If anyone has any idea of a way to spend Christmas with the one you love please share.

You could do what I am doing and have a US import Jeremy is coming to the UK for Christmas and I am very lucky

Sure. As you say, you've "stretched" the system, so there's a higher than normal chance of you will be turned away.

Doubtful, unless they decided you were entering fraudulently or unlawfully.

Can your USC fiancee go to you? You can probably improve your chances of not being turned away by bringing a copy of your I-129F packet and the packet 4. This at least shows that you're towards the end of a K-1 process, and therefore unlikely to overstay your Visa.

EDIT: On the other hand, you could do as others suggest and just suck it up. You're so very near the end of this process, and you're going to have Visa in hand soon enough. Why tempt fate?

thanks for every ones help I would try and get my other half over here for Christmas but the way the exchange rate is with the English pound being so strong to Dollar it's almost not possible to have both of us here this month so it looks like we might not be together this year

Well, even though you may be stuck without each other, at least you're not all alone. There are MANY of us who will be without our SO this Christmas.

You're lucky that you've been able to spend time together so many times. Those of us with SO's in Africa and Asia have to go LONG periods between seeing each other. I've only been with my SO once, and probably won't be able to be with him again until he gets his visa.

we've known each other for more than four years... been together for almost three... still no Christmases together

doesn't bother me HUGELY, though I'm looking forward to Christmas 2008 - he's already invited all the family to ours

and of course this year I get the unexpected bonus surprise of New Year in Paris

I don't go in much for New Year celebrations, but if I had to pick one of the two (ie Christmas or New Year), I think I'd pick New Year; it's sort of fitting that we'll get to start 2008 together, when it's the year we're going to start our lives together

I think sometimes we have to bite the bullet and get on with it - I've known my OH for six years, been with him for two and this is going to be our first Christmas together so like I said - I feel very lucky but we have defo earned it with all our waiting!

I know I am so lucky i was able to spend last Christmas with my OH and we will be together soon it's just a matter of time. but I guess its been a year sense we have spent more then 2 weeks apart so it does hurt to be away from her. But i am still very lucky to of spent the amount of time i have with my OH.

I know 92 days it was so quick i think it was down to the Vermont service centre and that we got the congress man to look to see what was going on with our case.

Ummm,...I'd be interested in knowing how I can too spend Christmas with my loved one,...We spent Xmas 03 together, missed 04 due that thing they call the Iraq war, had xmas 05 together, and have missed xmas 06, and will be missing xmas 07 due to that thing again they call the iraq war,...*sigh*(15 month deployment, that happened to span two thanksgivings and Xmases,..great!).

Wonders if I can swap the ticket he brought for me to go back to the states for Xmas, for one too Baghdad,...lol..................................................and surprise him,...NOT!!

That's really cool i met my OH in mid December and one of the fist things we did together is get a Christmas tree so every time Christmas comes around it makes me think of my fiancé
