09/05/2010 - James departure going back to US (depart time: 7:55 PM)

Second Chapter
00/00/0000 - The K1 visa journey begins
Third Chapter
08/26/2011 - James 2nd visit together with the little boys (Xavier and Xylon). Exactly 1 year from his first visit.
09/03/2011 - We went to Ozamiz to have some grocery for food, since the boys are adjusting with the food here in the philippines.
09/07/2011 - I emailed the embassy to ask if we can get second interview.
09/08/2011 - Embassy replied and tell us that they gonna refer the request in the processing team unit.
10/07/2011 - I called the embassy and asked about the status of our visa. The agent asked about my medical date, it was April, then she told me she gonna refer the inquiry to the CO since my medical will expire this Month. She said I should expect a call or email next week.
10/12/2011 - Me and my fiance received an email from the embassy "Petition was sent back to USCIS last September 20, 2011" Embassy still have my passport.
10/14/2011 - emailed the embassy and inquired about my passport, since the petition was sent back to the USCIS last September 20, 2011. Haven't received my passport back.
10/18/2011 - I received my passport back through post mail.
10/19-23/2011 - We went to Cebu with the boys. Got the chance to meet Xylon's family and visited his Mommy Maria's grave.
10/27/2011 - Applying for Marriage License.
11/08/2011 - Done submitting all the required documents for the Marriage License.
11/10/2011 - USCIS received our returned petition. Status "Post Decision Activity"
11/22/2011 - We finally got our Marriage License.
01/20/2012 - Our Wedding in the Court House by Judge Sylvia Singidas Machacon.
01/22/2012 - Our Wedding Ceremony (Blessings) by Brandon Lee Rankin.
01/30/2012 - Forwarded the Marriage Contract from the Local Civil Registrar's Office to the National Statistics Office Manila
03/29/2012 - Got the certified copy of Marriage Contract from NSO.
07/26/2012 - Applied for Temporary Residency (13a) visa for my husband at the same time the interview.
08/24/2012 - Called the Philippines Immigration (Cebu) and follow-up our application and said the application is still in Manila and need to call back next week!!
09/27/2012 - So good news. Temporary residency (13a) visa application for Husband James is approved!! To GOD be the Glory!! (Actually approved in Manila August 26, 2012).
10/16/2012 - 13a visa implementation done and already stamped in my husband's passport (1 year probation). Thanks to GOD!!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our Story
Me and and my husband met online through a dating site. We enjoyed talking each other things about GOD, life and struggles. After few times of enjoying chatting we fell inlove to each other. He visited me in Philippines last August 25, 2010 and stayed until September 5, 2010. He proposed personally. He is so sweet and know how to respect woman. He has a great faith in GOD. He had been in so much downfall in life, that only GOD can really make him get through. I love him because I love him. Although our journey didn't happen to be what we want, but GOD made it happen to us in HIS ways. He made things possible for both us. We are happy to be a family.

May 13, 2011, I had my interview but our case was put under AP. We were waiting for a positive response from the embassy!! GOD will make it win for us!!

July 27, 2011, I emailed the embassy again and inquire about the status of our visa application. So far no reply receive from a real person. I just received an automatic reply.

August 12, 2011, I received an email from the US embassy Manila. "The case is pending review by a consular officer. We will notify you once the review is completed."

August 26, 2011, James arrived in the Philippines with the boys Xavier and Xylon. GOD make a way!! Although he lost his one of his baggage but happy because GOD make it a safe flight for them.

September 7, 2011, emailed the embassy requesting for a secnd interview, and in the following day we received a reply telling us that they will refer the request to the processing team unit.

October 18, 2011. I received my passport back. Thank GOD. Getting busy for our wedding soon.

October 19-22, 2011. Went to Cebu, got the chance to meet Xylon's family and visited Maria's grave.

October 27, 2011. We applied for the Marriage License. But we are not able to make it done because we havent able to pass all the requirements. But atleast done with the marriage counseling/seminar.

November 08, 2011. Submitted all the requirements for the Marriage License.

November 10, 2011. USCIS received our returned petition. Status "Post Decision Activity"

November 22, 2011. Finally we got our Marriage License.

January 20, 2012. Our Wedding Day. We are finally legally married in the court house. Civil Wedding with Judge Singidas-Machacon.
