I 751 Processing times

We filed our 751 application in October of 2016.  It says on the USCIS website that it takes 18 to 21 months to process at the California Service Center.  It states on the website that the file was sent to the local office in February of 2018.  It is now 22 months since we filed.  Outside of filling out an inquiry on the USCIS site, is there anything we can do to expedite the application?

Did  you apply for N400 while i751 pending?. 22 months is way out of processing time.

You should at least attempt to make an info pass appointment at your local field office. If not done so already, also make an online inquiry and call to speak with an agent.
