Hi guys, I send my wife package off last year and we received a letter for more evidence. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of evidence

We have stocks and bonds joint account, joint saving account, joint checking account, most of accounts show each other as beneficiary. Bills come in her name and account showing she pays them and affidavit support from friends. We have nothing else and I need some help. thanks

We went through ROC a couple of years ago and thought our initial packet was complete but we still got an RFE for additional proof of financial commingling.

Did you send every statement for every joint account going back to the time you got married (including all the transaction pages)? If not, that is what I would recommend.

Also, if your monthly bills are paid out of an individual account, send all copies of those statements along with information that highlights what joint expenses are paid out of that account.

We ended up sending hundreds of additional pages and received ROC approval within a few weeks of sending the additional information

Best wishes!

Did you send tax transcripts? Are you both listed on your lease/deed? Car insurance? Photos with family/friends? Life or medical insurance? All of this helps. We even sent screenshots of FB posts showing friends congratulating us on anniversaries.

Good luck!

The first time around I send pics, banks statements, credit card statements, bills, IRA account, joint account, and joint taxes. I bought my house before she migrated here so her name is not on it.

I got an RFE back in march got approved in April, we didn't sent much evidence either. We don't have bills in both our names,  no house ect.

So we sent back a letter explaining why we don't have these, affidavits from a few family members.

Can you be more specific? That will help others pinpoint what you need. Was it pics of you and her or also with friends/family? Did the bank statements/credit cards show joint activity? Bc you said the bills  are in her name and account shows she pays them. Did the evidence you sent show commingling and a life together? Did they ask for something specific or more evidence in general?
