I'm looking at the guidelines on this site for completing the K1 visa petition and it does not mention the G325A form. However in the example covering letter, it has this form mentioned with the photos of both petitioner and beneficiary. Is this form needed? Many thanks.

The g-325A forms are no longer required. Passport photos for both the petitioner and beneficiary are still required however.

The guides are slightly out of date, regarding the recent change of not including the G-325A forms, but it is critical to read the actual instructions of the I-192F form which should mention the inclusion of the passport photos.

Thanks everyone; very helpful as usual! We've had our US compliant photos done and I have them bagged up as directed. I may post my "evidence of meeting" letter/list to get it peer reviewed. I've read on the site that less is more so I've not done chapter and verse. Best regards.
