Help with questions on Form I-485

Hello,

 

I'm unsure of what to answer for a couple of the questions on the I-485:

 

Question 22A: When I last arrived in the United States, I was:

a) Inspected at a port of entry and admitted as (for example, exchange visitor, visitor, waived through, temporary worker, student)

b) Was inspected at a port of entry and paroled as (for example, humanitarian parole, Cuban parole)

c) Came into the United States without admission or parole

d) Other

 

I came in on a K1 from the UK, was told at Border Control to ensure I get married within the 90 days, my picture and fingerprints were taken, that was it. Pretty sure options ''c'' applies to me but can anyone confirm this? Or do I need to write ''K1'' or some such in the 'Other' box?

 

Question 24 - ''what is your current immigration status (if it has changed)?''. What do I write? K1, AOS, what?

Pretty sure you came to the US through legal admission, so 'c' does not apply to you. 

 

We selected 'a' and just put K1

Same for question 24 - we put K1

The answer is a) because you were inspected at a port of entry and admitted.
