How did they deal with the issue of your brother?  Did they ask questions?

Hi EmilyW,

Well I was completely honest about the entire situation, so several questions she asked me who was still living in the US and I told her that my bother was living there and she said, "I assume he´s still undocumented", I said yes and she simply moved forward with more questions regarding my intentions in the US and stability here.

I was a very minute part of the interview, and I felt like it wasn`t that big of a factor in my case.

Hope this helps.

Hello everyone!

Wanted to give everyone an update.

After I was provided a B1/B2 visa, I was able to travel to the sates. Went for a global business meeting which lasted 5 days. Everything was perfect, in fact I was alotted with a 6 month stamp at entry.

I was only asked by the immigration officer the following:

1. Purpose of my trip

2. What company I worked for

3. What my company name meant

Being back home now, it´s a wonderful feeling to know that big things can be done telling the truth.

Greetings to all from chilly Bogotá!
