I-134 question 12 part 1 Resided in the United States since?

What do I put here? I was born on a military base overseas, so the first time we came to the states? Or should I put when I returned from visiting my fiance in the Philippines?

No, you are wrong. If you are born on a US Military Installation to US Citizen parents then it is as if you were born in the USA. There is already precedent for this.

Even if my last visit was almost 6 months? I did list the Philippines address as a residence on my g325a.

What precedent? People have posted numerous articles saying that military bases aren't US soil. It's definitely confusing.

State your age and the date of your birth.  Being born and living on a U.S. military base is U.S. soil.   

Residing is where your home is located, not where you vacationed for a time.

I think that's the issue...there's plenty of documentation stating otherwise:

Citizenship would be derived through the parents, not based on being born on US soil. That said, residing on a base due to military orders counts as physical presence for naturalization purposes (as well as several other circumstances).

Soooo I'm putting when I was born? I'll definitely be writing in something at the end to explain and I'll still mark the "other" box just to be safe. 

 

Obviously their is no issue with my citizenship and that's what they're determining in that part of the form.

In CITIZENSHIP OR RESIDENCY STATUS your choices are:  11a. - 12.     If you have a naturalization certificate you choose 11a.,  If you have a certificate of citizenship you choose 11b.,  If you derived citizenship through another method you choose 11c (this one is a possible, even though a U.S. military base is considered the USA ... could possibly use this one and follow the instuctions), 11d-e. for sure don't apply.  Then there is 12.

Is the I-134 Form part of the Visa Process for DFC Filers? I don't know anything about the I-134?

There is the I-130, G 325 A,  DS-260, Medical Exam, I-864, Then the interview. Where does the I-134 fit in?

For DCF the I-134 is not required. There is a guide here on VJ that will help answer a lot of your questions. Go to the first page of VJ and look for guides. DCF is different from a K1 so required documents will be different.

Immigrant visas don't use the I-134, you need the I-864 just as you lised.
