They stated releasing interview schedule for PD 08/2010? My PD is 03/2010 and I've heard anything from them!

Maybe its in the mail hun, or why dont you call them and hear what they say.

I called them every month unfortunately its always the same response:) that its on waiting list

I call them last week and they said we are processing cases of December 9, 2009.

I usually call them every 15-20 days

Yeah i was told the same too in fact she said i had to just follow the visa bulletin, you time is very close so you will soon hear from them maybe by September. I wonder if its a first come first serve or if is it alphabetically

The current PD for the F2b category in the August 2016 Visa Bulletin is Jan. 8, 2010.

The Visa Bulletin would have to move 7-8 months in one month for your PD to become current. That's highly unlikely in the last month of the fiscal year.

You may want to contact USCIS.

He is not waiting for a visa interview abroad.

Most people are waiting for visa interviews.

You simply stated interview date and it wasn't clear that you were filing to adjust status.

Different procedures. Different animals.

As you can see, a person with a Jan 2010 PD still does not have an interview. Your post might have put a lot of people in a panic because you have an interview with a later PD than those waiting for visa interviews with PD before yours.

He's not waiting for a visa. He is waiting to adjust status.

USCIS will grant him EAD and AP until a final decision is made on his AOS.
