Hun according to visa bulletin and how it is interpreted your case is in the latter part of January which means you will fall into the September 2016(visa bulletin quota). Even though, for August 2016 it says, they are processing cases for January, your PD is not included. Cases that are up to January 8 are now Current.

In September in a few days they will start assigning interviews for persons with PD up to February 1st.

So you should not only look at the month but also the date in its entirety.

So while it is indeed extremely close you don't have to be panicked. Give NVC at least until September 1st, if you have not heard from them then you start calling the heck outa them .

All will be well my dear!. Do inform us when you get that well anticipated lettet .

I am so happy because NVC completed my case a few days ago, but I had to call NVC, I haven´t recieved the e-mail yet, so pleople who have PD that is current should call NVC to ask Interview date.

It is true because interviews are for october 2016, we still dont know final action dates for octuber but NVC knows.

Yes, we called NVC and the agent told us to wait until this week. This week is the seventh week.
