Hi Guys, good afternoon.

It's been a months since my Handsome Fiancé submitted our K-1 petition, we still dont have our NOA1 yet but they encashed our check and gave us ur receipt number.

Everytime we will check the USCIS online status, it always display a ' Validation Error'

What could be wrong?

Is anybody experienced this before?

Help guys.

Doug and Erica.

The online status can take a while, it is a good sign you got a receipt number and the check was cashed.

How long ago did these two things happen?

Hi Queen Penguin thank you for the reply :)

Its been a month already this June 6 since they received our application, encashed our check too.

We checked our online status. Its says the same everyday, 'validation error'

I'll have my fiancé called USCIS.

I just noticed that other couples received their NOA1 fast..

Us its almost a month and we don't have it yet.. I'm worried..

Maybe it got lost in the mail? Did you sign up for email notifications? It would be funny to receive your noa2 without knowing you already had your noa1. The sensor never works. My noa1 date is May 5 and the site still doesn't work for me.

Sent I129f - April 28, 2015

Received I129f - May 1, 2015

NOA1 - May 5, 2015 (Email on 6, Harcopy on 9)

NOA2 - July 9 (Email and text)

NOA2 Hardcopy - July 13

NVC Case # Assigned - July 30

Consulate Received - Aug. 3

Medical - Aug. 12 (We passed! Well, almost. She needs to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, which shouldn't be a big issue. She cut her wrist long ago in her teenage years.)

Interview - ??? (Originally Aug. 26, but since she is now required to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, it will be rescheduled, probably sometime in Sept.)

Please ask your fiance to make a login on the USCIS website and input his receipt number that way. Sometimes just typing in the number may cause an error.

All you need is the receipt number. I never received the NAO1 either and still haven't. But never needed it anyway. Just place your WRC number in case status check and you will be fine.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

This is Doug from South Carolina. I'll call the USCIS telephone number tomorrow and see what the status is. The last time I called they indicated it was standard procedure and everything was progressing fine, but that has taken a while. Thanks for all the comments and info.

It is good you got your receipt number.

I have read on this site, where some people did not get an NOA 1.

I think you are looking for an NOA 2..,,and I hope for a speedy one for you.

If it's been that long chances are that the form for e-notifcation was sent with the petition and you will have to wait for the paper to arrive. That can take a few weeks. If it was sent then did you sned a check? Did it get cashed? Did you send your peititon express? Was it signed for?
