I have no problem logging in but, although I received a letter saying I could pay the IV processing voice online, there is no invoice on their website. Basically, they haven't updated the system. Mond

An operator actually said "mm..that's weird"???? We're doomed!!! I thought they were supposedly working on it.

So we were able to choose the agent We have sent the AOS payment via snail mail that is still showing as not received. But when we log in the AOS and IV fee are showing as 'not invoiced' I called

Fortunately I was connected to NVC after many tries this afternoon around 3:30pm. After about one hour holding, I was directed to a rep. The rep told me that NVC is aware of the system problems and working on fixing it. She said fixing the system errors will take a few days, but was unable to give me any specific time line. I asked her whether I shall go to pay with a cash check, but I was told it will be subject to myself. But even IV was paid via cash check, still cannot fill DS-260 form before the system errors are resolved. DS-260 has to be filled on line. So just wait for more days.

Im in the same boat too. I got letter from NVC on May 6th and since than I'm trying to login but system is showing error. I called NVC several times but never got satisfying answer. They are answerable to us but all they say is we don't know when it's going to fix. That's really crazy.

Has anyone gotten any updates by calling NVC of late? When will this thing be fixed? Frustrated like never before ??? I mailed a money order on the 8th of May.

I-130 Approved : 2015-04-01

USCIS mailed: 2015-04-10

NVC RECEIVED :2015-04-16

Case # Assigned: 2015-04-22

Received DS-261: 2015-04-22

Submitted Ds-261: 2015-04-22

AOS Bill Invoiced: 2015-04-23

AOS Bill Paid: 2015-04-23

Submit AOS and IV packages: 2015-04-25

Scan dates for both packages: 2015-04-27

Ds-261 Reviewed over the phone: 2015-05-01 (9 days after submission)

IV Bill invoiced: 2015-05-04

IV Bill paid: 2015-05-08

AOS checklist received by NVC: 2015-06-19

IV Bill online paid again:: double payment but will get me through ds-260 ( email request for refund will be sent soon) 2015-06-21

IV Bill shows as paid: 2015-06-23

IV Application DS-260 FINALLY SUBMITTED: 2015-06-24

(I guess scan date is 2015-06-24)Hopefully, a shorter wait to case complete.

CASE COMPLETE !!! August 5th 2015

Interview date ***finally. November 10th, 2015

Interview Results: APPROVED! Less than 5 minutes. Glory to God.

Pretty much everyone is in the same boat... It's at the point of being ridiculous! But unfortunately we are at the mercy of the government worker... It'll be a happy day when it continues on...

For me time has been going extra slow, but hold on this time will pass and we will be reunited with our loved ones soon. I been waiting for a case complete and and had speed bumps along the way.

30-NOV-2015 They updated my case file on CEAC but still reads "Admin Processing"..(crossing fingers)

14-DEC-2015 They "touched" and update my case file at the embassy, still under AP

28-DEC-2015 They touched my file again...still under AP

29-DEC-2015 !!!! VISA ISSUED - According to CEAC site...yay!! (now waiting to see when we can pick up)

Any news on people being able to pay. I have been waiting since the 7th and still nothing, Have been debating if I should send it via check. :angry:

It can't be a personal check if u decide to mail the fee.. It should be money order

I've called and gotten through... They don't have any idea when it will be fixed... There IT department is working on it and as of earlier this week they have called in a contractor to help.. I was told that even if they get it up that it will probably crash with all the people trying to log on all at once... I was told the best time will be in the evenings.... Calling them repeatedly isn't going to help... It won't make it go any faster and just annoys the customer service folks... It's a waiting game
