Time between invoices

Hi everyone, I have a question.

How many days passed since you paid AOS fee and submitted DS-261 and time the IV application fee got invoiced? It is now 32 days for me and the second fee is still not invoiced!

Once I submitted the DS 261 and payed my AOS fee it took about 2 weeks for my IV bill to be invoices. I had to call and ask them to review my DS261 over the phone and once they did that the IV was available in about 2 hours.

I called them yesterday and a very mean lady just said to wait and there is nothing she can do

Mine was about 25 days I think it would of been longer if they will not had review the ds-261 on the phone. You should call again, and talk to another person. If it has been 32 days already, then your Iv fees should be invoice anytime, but I will not wait if I were you. Just keep calling until you get someone on the phone that will do it

It's been 2 weeks since submitting ds-261 and paid AOS; so I called yesterday. The rep was able to review the ds-261 for one of our cases Friday. But the IV fee is still not unlocked. :-(

So I called them again yesterday, got through to a very nice lady, who reviewed the form and said that I will be able to pay the fee in the next few days!

It took 20 days. But I'm not sure it would have happened at all had I not got through on the phone line after 18 days. The customer svc rep processed the DS-261 (agency submittal), right there on the phone and then told me the IV would be invoiced in a couple of days.
