True hav to keep calling keep trying untill u get connected i tried for hours .. Finally got connected and hold for 35 min then finally someone talked !!!!!!

The case # was assigned on june 20th but they said they didnt had the email of mine :/ tbough we have given them already im I-130 :/ and even i mailed them an inquiry frm my email to find out y the delay in process as i applied in october 2013 and got it approved after on May 20th.

She took my email address and said now they will send me the information on email for rest of the process there in a week :/ lets see i m expecting emails now .. Its been 2 days since i called !

Hi everyone my i130 approved on June 25 NVC received on July 8 and today july 23 I got my case number!!!!

Just keep calling cuz it takes them 30 days to email you back

Hi everyone! Is anyone having the same problem as we are? We were approved from the USCIS on the 18th and we have not heard anything in regards to a new NVC#. I have called several times trying to find out if they have received our paperwork. They tell me it can take up to 35 calendar days and that if is past 35 days to email them a scanned copy of the approval letter. Tomorrow will be 35th day. Has anyone had to email them? If so what was the outcome? I hope this doesn't go on much longer (I feel like I'm losing my mind!) Thanks so much!
