Bringing I-693 to the AOS Interview - What happens?

I have an AOS interview scheduled for next month, and we're bringing my I-693 with us.

I have read some threads that some people's AOS applications were denied because of their I-693 wasn't filled out correctly.

I am so scared that it can happen to me, as well. 

What happens if they find out my I-693 wasn't filled out correctly by my doctor? Will my case automatically be denied?

My doctor and I went through the form together to make sure everything was fine, but what if something WAS wrong?

I'm terrified. Please give me some advice, any advice, so I won't have to be so scared. Thank you.

If there was an issue with the I-693 they would simply RFE you at the interview to bring them a new one.

you have nothing to worry about , most of the doctors have been doing this before and they know what to do with the forms, and if their is any mistake on the form you will be asked to mail in another one with correct information

Thank you...the  doctor who conducted my medical exam actually had never filled out the form before (he is an active duty military doctor who is authorized to fill out the form), but I read so many different cases where even experience doctors made mistakes and therefore the AOS applications were denied. 

Maybe I'm overreacting...thank you so much.

Im following your timeline, and i saw you filed in March, but just got interview notice for next month. Did you ever get your EAD? I'm in San Antonio too, and i'm thinking this might take up to 11 months before we get interviewed?!

Yes, I filed in March and got my EAD around August. I just haven't updated my timeline.

Hi, this was a long time ago so i don't remember exactly how much i paid. But i believe it was $150-$250, and i had to take a booster shot of tetanus.
