[K1] Buenos Aires (Argentina) embassy

Hello everyone, I'm looking for someone who has recently done (or is currently doing) the embassy part of the K-1 process in Buenos Aires, Argentina, so I could ask them some questions about the embassy letter/package.

I (the beneficiary) have moved since we filed the I-129F and tried to somehow notify the embassy of my change of address, to no avail.

We've called every phone number possible, sent emails, etc, and can't really find out wether the letter was sent to my previous address, if someone actually wrote down my new one, if they're waiting for something...

 

If anyone has recently received the packet from the embassy I'd love to hear about its contents (the latest online copy I could find is from 2014), I already submitted the DS-160 and if I can just print out any extra form I need that comes with the package, and pay, and make an appointment for the doctor and the interview, to get on with the process regardless of this mail they're supposed to send, it would be awesome.

If you know your BNS number you can get the packet information online and not wait for the embassy to send

OMG THANK YOU, I scoured so many US websites and hadn't found out they have the most recent PDF of the instruction letter there. I'll try to update the VJ argentina guide. thank youuuuuuuuuuuu

Hi, would you mind telling me about your timeline after you got your NOA2? 

I´m from Argentina too, and I don´t know anyone going to the same embassy and I have so many questions! At least I want to know what to expect. Thanks!

Hi everyone!, I just got this morning my NVC case status updated from "In transit" to "Ready". I already know it means the K1 packet is at the US Embassy in Buenos Aires. I´m not sure which course of action I must follow. Will the embassy send a packet to my home adress?, How long it takes for them to send it out?, Can I pick an interview date already or am I missing a step? 

Already searched at the US Embassy webpage and other info through internet but I´m not able to find out which is the best course of action. Already sent an email to the embassy but says they take 15 days to answer.  Hope someone can help me out, I´m a little confused.
