we couple are eligible for efiling the N400 tomorrow,11/15/2017,  according to the earlier filing calculator from USCIS. Please Bless our cases being processed smoothly and quick. 

 

just one silly question. Will it be acceptable  if i efile at 1:00AM  as i am a night person and usually work late and go to sleep at 1-2AM. i know it doesnt make any difference if i file in the morning vs evening at the same day.

 H1b ---> EB-1A (I-140) ---> I-485 AOS(Green Card) ---> 5 years --->  US Citizenship N400 application

  • Day 0:  11/16/2017, e-filing N400
  • Day 306:  9/18/2018,  interview day--passed and in line for oath.
  • Day 332: 10/15/2018, Oath Day

I don't think there will be a difference as long as it is at the same day. Good luck!

I guess when you filed online,  it is Field Office direct filing.

Total processing time from last successful submission to Oath Ceremony: 253 days (8 months and 11 days)

02/26/2012: Arrived SF airport. 

11/28/2016: Eligible for early-filling.

Day 00 - 12/23/2016: Sent N-400 + I-942 to Phoenix, AZ lockbox via USPS.

Day 03 - 12/26/2016: N-400 application marked delivered.

Day 25 - 01/17/2017: Sent email to support regards to application.

Day 26 - 01/18/2017: N-400 rejected because incorrect payment amount.

Day 32 - 01/24/2017: N-400 + I-942 resent.

Day 34 - 01/26/2017: N-400 application marked delivered.

Day 49 - 02/10/2017: N-400 rejected again because incorrect payment amount.

Day 52 - 02/13/2017: Email form USCIS support responded package was rejected in error (!?) for the first and second time submissions, they requested 3rd resubmission + tracking number in order to apply my earliest priority date. 

Day 52 - 02/13/2017: N-400 + I-942 resent on the same day, also sent a response to Lockbox to provide information to USCIS.

Day 54 (Day 0) - 02/15/2017: N-400 application marked delivered.

Day 62 (Day 8) - 02/23/2017: E-notification, E-mail from USCIS, E-mail from Support announced Resubmission was accepted.

Day 66 (Day 12)- 02/27/2017: Notice of Acceptance as Fees Waiver Approval received. (All fees were waived instead of reduced by half as supposed by filing form I-942)

Day 69 (Day 15) - 03/02/2017: Online Status Update: Fingerprint Appointment was scheduled. 

Day 70  (Day 16) - 03/03/2017: Fingerprint Appointment Letter received. Biometric will be on 3/15/17. 

Day 70  (Day 16) - 03/03/2017: Early Walked-In for Biometric at 3:45 PM.

Day 87 (Day 33) - 03/20/2017: Online Status Update: Case was placed in line for interview.

who knows. but as long as i file online, i dont care and i dont know the rest of the standard processing .

i am filing through 5-year-rule. my GC was issued 2/13/2013 as dated on the card  and i am eligible to file  when 90-days-earlier filing window begins today  ,according to the calculator at USCIS.  

 

i login my account and first went through the eligibility questions just in case. i was asked,as shown below, if i became  PR before 2/12/2013 or between 2/12/2013 - 2/12/2015 ? 

so, if i chose between 2/12/2013 - 2/12/2015, it began to ask questions about marriage to US citizen, which i believe is associated with marriage-based green card holder. so i have to choose "became OR before 2/12/2013",but it doent match my record of 2/13/2013

 

so my question :   should i ignore/skip  this screen questions and go ahead to submit online today ?  or just wait one day or two to see if the system has updated ?

Mark...just e-filed both of our applications after dinner. Phase 1 done.!  truly wish everything goes well.  Our case# are random number and not next to each other.
