Hello,

My fiance sent the i129f package on july 6th and we still havent received the NOA1 and the receipt number. I think my fiance forgot to send in the package the e-notification of acceptance application. Is there another way we can track if they received the package already? Can both me and my fiance check if they received the i129f package by calling or emailing someone? They have our mailing addresses in the form. I'd appreciate some help :)

It's not uncommon for it to take 3-4 weeks to get accepted an a NOA1 issued. You didn't say how you sent the package but most her and in the guides recommend any documentation cent during this process should be detailed with a return receipt so you are are aware that the package arrived and was signed for.

It's not uncommon if a package gets lost before it arrives and sometimes lost after it arrives.  I say give a little more time before taking the next steps.

Hi! If you have a tracking number, from the post, you can check if the package was delivered and if it was, the American fiance should ring USCIS inquiring about his NOA1. He should have received it already by mail, we filled our papers July 24th and got our NOA1 hard copy about two weeks after.

If you do not have a tracking number, I suggest you file again since there will be no way to prove that you actually submitted your docs! Sorry!

We have the tracking number. We took a while to receive the NOA1 hard copy, but when we received it, it was dated only 3 days after the date it was sent. Our Noa 1 is July 10th

I guess I don't understand your question then, you originally said "My fiance sent the i129f package on july 6th and we still havent received the NOA1 and the receipt number. " but now you say you have the NOA1 hard copy... on your NOA1 hard copy theres a number that starts with a W, that's your case number.
