hey guys is there any new form of  G-1145 the one in the uscis is already expired 9/30/2016

Hi. The form that's out there expires  06/30/2017, but it's not needed if you send in the most recent I-129F form.

 

 

**Edited.. Sorry for some reason I read G325A haha.. The G1145 doesn't matter, I don't believe... It's just to notify you about your NOA1.

The forms you find on USCIS are always the latest versions, it doesn't matter what the expiration date says.

my fiance already sent it i didn't notice it was expired until now , would that be an issue?

You will not have any issue with that. G-1145 is an optional form, you will be okay with it or without it. The one that you sending is the latest one, even though it's already expired on 2016.Don't worry

The latest version is the one from 9/15/2014. The edition is on the lower-left corner of the form. The "expiration" date you are referring to is the OMB Expiration Date. That's for the Office of Management and Budget for auditing...it has no bearing on you as a user filing out the form.
