Hi,

We are in the process of filling out I-134 for a K1 visa.

My fiance is an independent contractor (self-employed) and works for two different companies. What should he write on item 7: "I am engaged on the business of X with _____________ at ____ (address of company____"?

Should he write "independent contractor" on the "with" blank, then add a continuation sheet to explain where both companies are located? Or just choose one of the two?

Please help!

In section 7 put Independent Contractor and multiple in the company name. Double check your country specific forum (and embassy site) for more embassy specific requirements.

For the Moscow embassy, I put my business's name, my title (owner), and had no problems. But do check your embassy's requirements.

How do you check and embassy's requirements for self employed? Aren't the requirements the same for the form?
