Welcome to the forum.

Review some recent posts in the K1 Process Forum. If nothing relates to your issue, "Start a New Topic," in that forum (if it is K1 Process-related).

Good luck on your immigration issue.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

Hi everybody!

I was wondering if anyone could help me answer some of the questions I have:

I have been a permanent resident for 3 years and 9 months. I obtained that residency thru my husband. We were married for more than 5 yrs but he died 7 months after I obtained that permanent residency. I married again the year after his passing. My current husband is active military and we have been married for 2 years and 6 months. Can I apply for citizenship based on INA provision for military spouses? Or do I need to wait until I have been a resident for 5 years or married for 3?

If I apply under military spouse provision which forms do I file besides N-400?
