  1. All right money genious!! I need all your advice for this market. I am doing so good that I am getting very nervous and I am thinking about jumping ship, I am afraid is going to take a correction very soon. Still going up, I am waiting for the tariiffs deal with EU and take a break.
  2. This link provides the particular agreement with each country. https://www.cbp.gov/travel/trusted-traveler-programs/global-entry/international-arrangements
  3. You are right again, I did some research and there are more countries added to the list and seems like the citizenship and other requirements are enough. https://www.cbp.gov/travel/trusted-traveler-programs/global-entry/eligibility
  4. Yes, you are right, I should had mentioned legal status holders, not tourist, student and business visa holders.
  5. Good advice has been given on things to do after obtaining the US citizenship by @OldUser and other members. Besides taking care of SSA, US passport, banks, broker aacounts and pension plans, I highly recommend to obtain the Global Entry card, its $120 for 5 years, but beiieve me, its worth every penny. You avoid long waiting hours at POE and mainly do not have to face undesirable interviews. Most people assume this privilege is limited to US citizens, it is also available to LPRs who are Citizens of Argentina, Colombia, Germany, India, Mexico, Panama, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
  6. Congratulations!!!, To be honest, I thought you had a very steep hill to climb. I personally know a case where this person had a minor shoplifting charge and had to spend almost 10K with attorneys to obtain a pardon from the state and had 2 USCIS judge hearings, at one point he had a Removal letter. Be glad is over, and be spotless!!!
  7. @Magi Stark now you know about the picture, ask him/her for a new one.
  8. I thought the Oath has to be taken by a judge.
  9. I am curious, share it with us and I will give you a sincere oipinion!!! Come on, be brave!!!!
  10. Google also states USCIS uses the photo taken at the biometrics appointment and You tube demo videos indicate the picture is taken when you seat down right after the swearing under oath at the interview.
  11. Are the ID pictures for the US Citizenship Certificate taken at the naturalization ceremony? (We never saw a request for pictures in te online application but added them as extra dicumentation).
  12. Feedback, opinions, and personal experiences about the N-336 appeal process after an N-400 denial, especially concerning a rejected N-648 Medical Disability Exception, are highly valued and appreciated!!! So far, I have learned that it must be submitted within 30 days of the N-400 denial, and typically the hearing is held within 180 days by a USCIS Immigration Officer, not by an immigration judge. If a decision is not made within 120 days after the citizenship interview, the applicant can request a hearing in the United States district court for their district of residence. This option for judicial review does not require filing Form N-336 with USCIS first. The AAO (Administrative Appeals Office) is a distinct body that manages appeals for most other USCIS decisions. You may be able to appeal to the AAO if your N-336 is denied, depending on the particular situation and the relevant appeal procedures.
  13. That was a clear answer!! Thank you @OldUser
