i never recieved a i-693 at my medical in london. i came to the us on feb 27, 2015. but i have my DS3025 and it says US vaccination requirements complete (requesting a blanket waiver). so what do i need to do?

You don't receive an I-693 form at your medical. That is a form you use here in the US if you need to see a civil surgeon.

All you need to do is submit a copy of your DS-3025.

An I-693 is only used by civil surgeons within the US. Your K-1 medical was done by a panel physician and included DS(Dept. of State) forms. You keep posting, but you were already told that letter you got is a generic letter. (Most people adjusting status didn't have a medical abroad so need an I-693. You had a medical) Your letter is not an RFE. Don't do anything about a civil surgeon. By the time you get to interview, if your officer tells you he can't approve until you do this or that, then do what he requires at that time. Right now, you are cleared on medical if your shots were properly documented. If the case drags on for a year longer, somebody may tell you to go get cleared medically again. WAIT.
