i got this message when i filled my time line in visa journey profile "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 25, 2015 and May 26, 2015*." how accurate could this be

I can be very accurate or it can be completely inaccurate.

The data collected for that estimate is from people correctly inputting their data into their timeline. If they don't fill one out, or do it wrong, or if the services centers speed up or slow down, it can change that timeframe. For the most part, it's fairly accurate as the same service centers haven't had much fluctuation in a while.
