Form G-1145 Expired, no new form up yet.

Good evening!

I am finally ALMOST DONE with our I-129F K1 petition! I have a question I hope someone can help me with.

On my Form G-1145, the e-notification of application/petition acceptance, I noticed that in the upper right hand corner it says that the form expires on 9/30/2014. USCIS does not have another form posted. And either way I see that "this service is only available for forms filed at our three Lockbox facilities located in Lewisville, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Phoenix, Arizona." according to the site.

Thoughts? Should I include it anyway or leave it out? Thanks in advance!

I would do as others say and use it anyways. I cannot guarantee this will happen, but with most USG Agencies if a form expires and new one does not come out in a timely manner (imagine that lol)they accept the old one.

Chances are when they get the application no one will notice or they people who scan your application in and type in your personal data are going to laugh at the fact that forms date has expired.

Eventually someone will catch it and it will get fixed.
