I need a visa for immigration in Australia to complete my study and also want to work here. I search a lot in the web but didn't get certified for service I want. Can anyone suggest me for the best one.

How about you Australia focused forum then ?

Also, in another forum you said you're an Australian citizen who wants a tourist visa to the US. Australian citizens don't need immigrant visas to Australia or tourists visas to the US.

I think you're still in India but didn't want to say so, and want to visit the US and immigrate to Australia. Advice is still the same, but if you provide truthful information you'll obtain more useful answers. Just food for thought.
