Hello everyone. As everyone has been waiting for and asking me. I have finally had time to start this topic.

I looked around all over the forums and I have not seen any topic relating to this.

This thread will be for all those couples who have gotten an approval in June of 2014. We can all post our experiences and the paperwork we have gathered so far in time for the next step in our journey.

- The Interview Stage

April 15, 2014 : I-129F Package Sent

April 19, 2014 : I-129F Package Delivery Confirmation via USPS

April 24, 2014 - NOA1 received via email/text

April 25, 2014 - Alien Registration Number changed

April 28, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail.

May 23, 2014 - RFE received in mail.

June 5, 2014 - Response to RFE Sent

June 11, 2014 - NOA2 Approval via website!!!

June 14, 2014 - NOA2 received in mail.

June 24, 2014 - NVC Case # via phone!

June 25, 2014 - NVC forwarded case to Embassy

June 26, 2014 - Embassy received case.

June 26, 2014 - NVC letter in mail.

August 4-5, 2014 - Medical

August 6, 2014 - CFO Seminar

August 13, 2014 - VIsa Interview (Expedited)

August 19, 2014 - VISA ready for pick up!

August 20, 2014 - Packet 3 Arrived

August 26, 2014 - POE!

August 26, 2014 - Notice to schedule an Interview...

October 23, 2014 - AOS/EAD Package Sent

October 30, 2014 - NOA1 via website

November 1, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail

well, we FINALLY got approved May 12th, took awhile but NVC just got our case June 3rd. won't have case # for 30 business days, so sometime in July...waiting until then :(

meet Sept 2008 in Chicago
He left back to Palestine Aug 2010
I went to Palestine May 30,2012
6/13/2012 Married in Palestine
7/04/2012 arrived back in Chicago
7/25/2012 mailed in I-130
7/26/2012 NOA 1 arrived. to be serviced in California
3/3/2013 our baby was born !!!!

6/17/2013 Case transferred to Local city

11/13/2013 interview at Chicago

1/27/2014 RFE DNA test

3/7/2014 RFE completed and mailed in

5/12/2014 **I-130 APPROVED** !! 652 days

6/3/2014 NVC received case

7/11/2014 choice of agent signed

7/19/2014 pay AOS bill, send aos packet

7/22/2014 NVC received AOS papers

8/20/2014 send IV packet

8/25/2014 NVC received IV papers

8/27/2014 pay IV bill

9/9/2014 DS-260 completed

9/15/2014 AOS checklist

9/24/2014 NVC scanned aos

10/29/2014 "paid" turned to "n/a"

10/31/2014 called NVC and confirmed case complete

11/4/2014 email with interview scheduled

12/15/2014 INTERVIEW

02/20/2015 I-601 waiver received @ Nebraska

07/14/2015 I-601 waiver APPROVED

8/10/2015 ceac changed from refused to ready

8/12/2015 visa was issued !!!!!!

8/25/2015 POE Chicago, no questions asked about waiver

I got my NOA2 in mail yesterday. When should i call NVC? And what to ask them?

Hello. We got approved on May 29 and we called around June 9 and they said they received the case at NVC, but no # yet. We called back June 16. We got our case number, and can check at CEAC website, but still says "At NVC". Btw, the lady at the phone, the last time we called was quite rude. Anyway, good luck everyone!

got my NOA2 yesterday, 6/20/14. Does USCIS website show when they send it to NVC? or last update status im going to see on USCIS website is "Post Decision Activity"?

So i see people wait 10 days before they call. So I should start calling them on 7/7/14. Could it affect negatively if i call them everyday to try to speed up the process??

5/16/2014 - I-129f sent

5/21/2014 - NOA1 Notice Date CSC

5/22/2014 - NOA1 Received via Email

5/29/2014 - Received NOA1 Hard Copy

VJ Timeline estimated NOA2 approval date between June 16, 2014 and June 25, 2014

6/20/2014 - Txt and E-mail received that I-129f has been approved. BOOM :energy:
6/25/2014 - NOA2 Hard Copy

7/2/2014 - Received NVC Case Number via Phone(Called 3 days in a row. Between 6:30 and 7:30am CST. Got through with first attempt. On hold for 30 minutes all three times.)

7/8/2014 - US Embassy of Georgia has received the package

8/7/2014 - Medical Exam

8/20/2014 - Interview date - DENIED. :blink:

9/29/2014 - Mirracle :energy:

10/14/2014 - Visa Recevied.(Extra cost for shipping passport and package is approx $200 :secret:)

11/13/2014 - US Entry!!!! :girlwerewolf2xn:

12/12/2014 - Getting Married (L)

12/27/2014 - AOS Package sent

1/2/2015 - NOA Received

Great Idea. I'm got my NOA2 on Friday, and I want go through this part as fast as possible.

Removal of Conditions 

4/10/17 - i751 sent

4/13/17 - i751 received

5/3/17 - Check Cashed

5/5/17 - NOA 1 (dated 4/13)

Received my NOA2 on June 2nd. Didn't realize I needed to call the NVS but after reading through the forum I will be calling them tomorrow.

I got our case numbers today! yey! now we wait??? for the NVC or the embassy to let us know how to proceed?

I hope I get mine soon. I will be calling tomorrow morning.

I got my case number for nvc today, they said I'm in the time frame to get an email from them so anytime now !!

What information did you ask for? Case number and day it left?

I just asked when it was received there and if they have assigned a case number yet which they did, so she gave it to me but in the excitement of it all I forgot when it was going to be sent to my fiancé's embassy! She just said that there will be a letter sent from NVC and I should follow what the letter said.

I'll have to call tomorrow again to ask when it'll be sent to Tunisia. Oh great, more waiting again on the phone!

I called this morning and now I have my MNL # !

Should we get the interview scheduled now?
