I-751 May 2014 Filers

USCIS' new website is now showing that they received my I751 on 5/30 instead of the 5/16 that they originally showed and that is on my NOA1. What the hell is wrong with these people? Also, I called about the cases being transferred to CSC, and I was told "All cases received on/after 06/01/2014 are being sent from VSC to CSC to help equalize the workload". So, I think we will begin to see that June/July VSC filers will be processed before those of us stuck in the hellhole that is VSC because we were unlucky enough to be behind the cutoff date.

Same with me, my case was received on May the 9th and now it is showing it was received on May the 21st...So, I am like wth?

My NOA1 was May 9, but now 14. I know my check was cashed on the 14th. And I was seeing 14th when logged in, as last update. So now it's 14th, 9th disappeared.

ROC VSC mailed 5/7/14

NOA1 5/9

Check cashed 5/14

Biometrics current

RFE dated 12/18

RFE mailed 1/20

Approved 2/2 ! ( letter came from the local office)

Card received 2/17/15 !!!!

Just wanted to inform you guys that they have updated the Processing times for Vermont service Center and as of today they are currently on applications filed on March 24th. So we MAY filers have pretty damn LONG wait. We may here from them early next year... DEFINITELY NOT THIS YEAR! SO RIDICULOUS THAT THEY ARE SO BACKED UP.

March 24th as of September 30th. They never updated information after that.

I believe they work on April right now. We might start seeing approvals for May in December.

I do believe also that they working on April right now, because I checked April 2014 fillers Visa Journey, they have a lot of approvals, plus approvals from those who filled between April 10-15. So hopefully it's getting closer, waiting is so frustrating and annoying :((((

I'll be within 6 month time frame soon too tho I don't really expect any news any time this month..

I just read about the whole case transferring thing. The June filers on the other thread have to do their biometrics again, and receive new NOA priority date. The process is soo messed up for them (and possibly July/August filers.. etc as well.)

I now don't feel so bad about not having my case transferred to California.

Am I the only one that thinks it strange that one May filer was processed and received an RFE on the 5th but now, 16 days later, no one else has heard a thing?

What am I thinking? The whole process is strange. So just add this one to the list...
