Hey everyone, its my 1st time posting. I got a response on December 12, 2013 that my I-360 was received andIis been reviewed. Its been 6 months now and I havent heard anything else. Does anyone know how much longer I will have to wait?

Im k1 visa got married to american citizen but she refuse to do my papers to adjust my status she using my imagration situation to do what ever she wants so is there any man filed i360 and got approuved ?

God help. Is she mentally abusing you ,? How? Does she humiliate,degraded ,control,threat you? Did the psychologist diagnose you with major depression or pos traumatic disorder? Are you attending therapy sessions,taking medication for depression? If your answer is NO then you don't have a Vawa case,because she is refusing to sponsor you this is not abuse ok.
