There was no interview or anything. We did have to go to secondary inspection. All they did there was stamp her passport and explain to us what the stamp means. |

They took us to another room and interviewed us. They asked basic questions (where are you staying, are you married to each other). The waiting was longer than the interview. They were not very friendly but didn’t harass. One last note, I asked them about the SSN card (when do I get it mailed) and they couldn’t answer because they said they didn’t know.
Anyway, I was lucky and got the SSN card in less than 7 days
Greencard received approximately by the beginning of september 2023. Greencard took around 6 months to arrive. USCIS had to take my biometrics again (finger print and another picture), and they only issued this biometrics appointment because I kept asking to a live agent about the delay of my greencard. This new biometrics appointment happened by the end of june. |
