I went through the "visitors" line and the officer took my passport and my sealed envelope, checked my fingerprints and took a picture of me. He asked who was my peitioner and after my answer he returned my passport and the sealed envelope. He also gave me an extra folder and told me to go to the next room. There they took everything again and started to type all my information in their system. They took my fingerprint and signature for the GC and told me that it will be delivered within 2 months. The person working the passport control told us to go to a secondary inspection where they looked at the paperwork and in ten minutes everything was done after having fingerprints taken.
