  1. Hey, saw you commented on my timeline a few weeks ago!

Yes! We uploaded bank statements from the past 4 months showing we do share accounts and expenses. But that is it along with pictures and the vaccination records.

Thank you, I did that too. I hope I hear from them soon

  2. I'm not sure about the interview dates, but I know that the case expiration can be extended (almost always is right now due to delays) past the expiration date.
  3. I have asked NVC. They replied on 11/4 saying that they have no record of receipt and that they're going to reach out to USCIS to see where my petition is.
  4. Is there a specific letter or format we need to contact them? I see the contact request under my senator and congresswoman's page and I have the Immigration topic selected. I assume just provide the details in the message and ask for them to try and get the USCIS to ship my case?
  5. That's what I thought. My issue is that my case was approved August 18th, and it still has not been shipped by USCIS. I asked a live representative and they said that they are experiencing delays in shipping cases and that I need to wait 90 days after my approval day for them to make a request to the California Service Center to ship it. Complete BS considering that hundreds of cases approved after mine have been shipped.
  6. For anyone whose case was received by the NVC, did you get a case status update from USCIS saying that your case was shipped?
  7. Geez. This is terrible. I just called again today and the Tier 1 call center guy told me he can't give a timeframe as to when it'll be sent out and that there is no way to contact the field officers at the California Service Center directly. The people who send the email responses, like the one I got, are from the field officers though. He told me to just keep asking the NVC each week if they received it or not. I explained the flawed logic on that since the NVC will also be waiting on the packet and they can't make USCIS send it nor will they know when USCIS sends it and he actually understood how convoluted it was. Thankfully, he was an all right dude and he said he can't do anything about it, but that he'll escalate me to Tier 2. I'll get a call from a Tier 2 officer on Monday or Tuesday so I'll provide an update for all of you then.
  8. Darn. I think I'm just going to keep harassing them by phone every other day at this point then. If not done by the end of this month, I'll call my representative and if not by December, then, I'll probably try and go to court somehow.
  9. Did any of you try to call the USCIS number? You can bypass the robot by saying "INFOPASS" when she asks what she can help you with. That got me connected to a human who I told about the issue. I just got a response from USCIS last night with the following: U.S. Department of Homeland Security CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER 24000 AVILA ROAD LAGUNA NIGUEL,CA 92677 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Wednesday, November 2, 2022 Emailed to DP: Dear DP: On 11/01/2022, you or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following: Caller indicated they are: -- Applicant or Petitioner Attorney Name: -- Information not available Case type: -- I129F Filing date: -- 06/18/2021 Receipt #: -- WAC-21-901-01398 Referral ID: T1B3052201689CSC Beneficiary (if you filed for someone else): -- Information not available Your USCIS Account Number (A-number): -- Information not available Type of service requested: -- Other - Tier 1 The status of this service request is: You or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your case because you believe your case is outside normal processing times. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved. We apologize for this delay and any inconvenience you may have experienced. We will forward your case to the NVC as quickly as possible. We appreciate your continued patience. We hope this information is helpful to you. END I'm hoping the above means that I'll hear progress on it. I'm gonna call again tomorrow and see what if they can tell me if they actually forwarded it.
  10. Damn. It's insane how inefficient this system is. I'm just worried that my packet was never sent to the NVC. They don't even give us a tracking number or anything. We just have to trust that it didn't get lost.
  11. Honestly, I'm sorry that this is happening to you, too. But it does make me feel a little better that I'm not the only one getting pulled around. I bet there are a bunch of others too.
  12. I got two email replies from both AskNVC and NVCResearch. I'm really just hoping that they have it and that they haven't entered it into their system.
  13. Just found that NVC has not even received my petition that was approved by USCIS on August 22nd. This one stings.
  14. The anticipation is killing me. Our file is 101398 and I saw 101393 get done and then the next one done today skipped to 101399. I'm just hoping whoever is working on 101399 is moving backwards 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
  15. Thanks for following up on this! And I'm glad that it was at least something simple and that they didn't lose something on their end
