US Entry was very easy and quick. The initial officer only asked a few questions (mostly the typical customs questions, but also if it was the first time in the US) and took the K1 packet. We went to the secondary room after, and waited about 5-10 minutes, and then were called up. The second officer asked 3-5 questions (what address would we be at? did we have a wedding date set? did we want to have a reception? did we know what to do next?) and then we were through! |

Easy Immigration, just a few questions ask, and if i feel healthy cause of corona.
Was done in 5 minutes total.
Officer said it could take 6months up to a year to receive my greencard! sigh!

I traveled to Vietnam and from there we traveled to the United States with my fiancé and we even had a long layover in Taiwan where we went to explore the city. When we got to Seattle the line was very long but once we met with the customs agent it was smooth sailing. I opted to stand in the non-US citizen line at customs to be together with my fiancé should anything have come into question. |
