Ola & Charlene Houston 2019-05-23 No Yes - High The only thing I noticed was that when you are transferred to the processing office (in company of another officer of course),your file will either be dropped on "SOFT" or "HARD" deck for the processing officer to know how to treat your case I guess.But the office also process other visa categories too.I was there with mostly South/Central Americans and an Indian woman.
